Luxury membership Our Members

The Club by LTC is our invitation-only membership for independent, entrepreneurial luxury advisors. Each member operates their own business under their own ABN, retaining their independence while accessing the benefits of the Luxury Travel Collection.
 

Please use the following guidance to set up our first two members, Deryk Neighbour and Kendall Roberts, in your systems.
 

Updating existing records

Kendall Roberts was initially listed under the temporary alias Shannon Kerr for confidentiality purposes. This is no longer required. If you created a record under that name, please update it to Kendall Roberts using the details below.
 

Agency setup and booking access

Our preferred structure is to establish The Club by LTC as the agency, with each member allocated beneath it as an independent contractor (IC).

As members run separate businesses, booking access must remain individual: each advisor should only be able to view and manage their own bookings.
 

If your system cannot restrict access at advisor level, please contact our Product team before proceeding so we can agree on an alternative setup that keeps each member’s bookings separate.
